It's a moment in life that many dream of happening to them someday: having the love of their life asking for, or agreeing to their hand in marriage. While an engagement may signify little more than the fact that two people have decided that they're willing to put up with each other for the rest of their natural lives, there are plenty out there who place real importance on popping the question.

However, it would seem like not everyone who works at Disneyland feels that this is quite appropriate, as proved by a shocking viral video posted to r/iamatotalpieceofshit. In it, a man attempts to propose to his girlfriend on a stage in Disneyland Paris, but the whole thing turns out to be memorable in the worst possible way after interference from a staff member. Redditors were less than impressed, and it's easy to see why. This dude is the living definition of a miserable jobsworth.
