Bandit Heeler, the DILF From Bluey, Has Somehow Become the Hottest Dad On TV Despite Being a Cartoon Dog

Moms everywhere can agree that watching children's TV shows all day is a little bit brain numbing. The voices are shrill, the concepts aren't complex, and the story line is a little weaker than a typical HBO special. However,  there are a few perks to letting yourself succumb to the hypnotizing sounds and sights of a kids show. One of the main reasons being the dad characters. For some reason, the writers of kids shows KNOW that mom is going to be watching with their kiddos, so they seem to sneak in some weird DILF undercurrents into a lot of the paternal characters. Or who knows, maybe we're just reading into this and everybody on planet Earth has daddy issues.

Freudianism aside, there has been one kids show in particular that has taken this idea to the next level – maybe that's why it's had so much success. Bluey, an Australian-based animated show about a fun loving dog who lives with her sister, mum, and dad has become one of the most popular children's series in the world. There are a lot of reasons to love the show to be totally honest. Bluey is funny and cleverly written, they always have unpredictable adventures, oh and Bandit the dad character is an absolute smoke show.

Yes, I know what you're thinking and you're correct. Bandit Heeler is absolutely a cartoon dog. But I said what I said. Moms everywhere are losing their minds over this cartoon dog and there's nothing you can do to stop it! Even the voice actor, who plays Bandit, has had to debunk rumors that he is intentionally trying to sexualize this dog character on the show. Being the actor for a children's series he adamantly protested, but still, the thought remains.

Is Bandit Heeler the cartoon dog dad the hottest DILF on TV right now?

Any mother with a child under 12 years old would probably agree. Bandit Heeler, the heartthrob, is sweeping every single platform right now, proving that you don't have to be real or even a human to garner the attention of some moms at home with their toddlers looking for any sort of intrigue that doesn't involve macaroni art or sniffling noses. Besides, the writers of this show are sort of taking advantage. There's no way they don't realize that American audiences wouldn't see Bandit, a young, cool, funny, dad, as a potential thirst trap. Plus he has an accent! There was nothing any mom could do.

There's no resisting the allure of the perfect father figure.
