Because Tinder promises good things to those who swipe… But alas, this may not be news to most of you, but it still has to be said — the algorithm is perpetually against the swipees'. Dating has only become more and more frustrating as we dive deeper into the 21st century. One wrong move and you're promptly ghosted. Just getting a date can be very hard. And even when you get past the talking stage, FOMO starts to set in, because these apps create an illusion of an endless supply of available people. The grass is always greener.
