The bad parts of life are always going to be inevitable. To experience personhood, we're always going to come across disappointment and difficult situations in some form. We could spend our time getting upset about every little thing, or we could take the high road of what will be, will be. This is one of the ideas behind Stoicism, a school of philosophy.
It adheres to four main tenets of wisdom, justice, courage, and moderation. At its core, being a Stoic is about assuming an attitude of measured chill. Chaos is always going to be there, so we may as well apply some reason to it. It's kind of like how memes work, too; they add a little bit of structure to our untamed thoughts. Perhaps that's why there are so many stoic memes around. They certainly make a very satisfying combination, even if the teachings involved aren't exactly your style.
