Simon the Daredevil Black Cat Goes on Backpacking Adventures, Living Life to the Fullest and Eating Off His Hooman's Plate

Most cats aren't particularly outdoorsy. In fact, the stereotype of cats and their hoomans can be described by the indoor life, full of cozy blankets, delicious wet food, and the snuggly comforts of being inside. However, one black cat named Simon has proven that not all kitties are homebodies. Not only does Simon love being outside in nature, he actually goes with his owner of death defying adventures, enjoying all of the outdoor escapades that most other pets wouldn't dare to explore.

Simon is truly the most adventurous and active cat in the world. He paddle-boards, he kayaks, he river rafts, he goes fly fishing, he camps, he runs around in the forest, and most importantly, he spends every minute with his owner. Simon and his owner do everything together. From dawn until dusk, Simon sits on the shoulder of his beloved hooman and absorbs everything great there is to love about the world around him.

Most of the time, Simon hitches a ride on his owner's shoulders, happy to be carried to their next destination. Sometimes though, Simon is overwhelmed with the excitement of the outdoors and needs to jet-set on his own. Simon seems to have no fears and is a complete daredevil in everything he attempts. In fact, Simon's owner is so confident in his cat's loyalty (how many of us can truly say the same), that he lets Simon off leash out in the wild wilderness, knowing that his kitty will explore but will always return to him. That's love. 

PLUS, SIMON LOVES TO SWIM. What a fluke. He must be the only cat in existence who actually enjoys water and loves to swim. This fearless good boy kitty has even jumped on a plane, unafraid of the recycled air, claustrophobic space, and cabin food. Recently he joined his owner on a flight to their latest adventure. 

To take it even further, Simon and his owner share everything. They share every moment from the time they wake to the time they sleep, but fortunately for Simon, they also share plates of food. This spoiled gato get a little snackie every time his owner eats a meal. Sometimes he gets a little scrambled egg and sometimes he gets luckier with a tasty bite of burrito. Either way, this cat is living a fuller life than most human beings and we love him for that.
