Nutritionist Gets Roasted for Healthy Salad "Craving", Evoking Women Laughing Alone With Salad Meme

It's a plain fact that a lot of us should be better at eating our greens. I am a fan of most vegetables, but picking them over a portion of fries can definitely be a challenge. Unfortunately, I'm a grown up and I don't have someone standing over me saying I don't get a treat unless I eat my broccoli first.

I know there are plenty of fellow adults in the same position. Some have actually found methods of making themselves actively enjoy a healthier diet. These can be a little unconventional, as with "holistic nutritionist" @LeArielleSimone. She went viral on Twitter recently after posting a video of herself having a hysterical time while eating a salad.

Claiming that "when your diet changes, your cravings changes", people couldn't help but be amused by her intense reaction to the humble meal. Maybe it's time that the Women Laughing Alone With Salad meme had a comeback.
