The thing is, “anonymous” only goes so far, and not only is it easy enough for an employer to deduce who has left a review, but depending on where in the world you reside, they may be able to crack that anonymity anyway through information requests or by simply paying the platform to provide them the information.
This means that it's more than likely that, by leaving that review, you'll be burning that bridge, whether you intended to or not—it's up to you to decide whether or not that's something you care about.
