  • The headlines these days are nothing but darkness and despair. After scrolling through the news for even just a few minutes, you start to feel hopeless. But that shouldn't be the case. Yes, we have 24-7 access to what is going on around the world and there are a lot of bleak things. But the news tends to leave out the “boring” things, which tend to be the more optimistic situations. But we need to know that these sorts of hopeful stories still exist out there! A family member beating cancer, a kid having “the best day” with their dad, or even just a girlfriend looking up some video game hints to help her gamer bf out. These are all things that make us feel warm and fuzzy. It's good to be reassured from time to time that even the simplest act can make a huge positive impact, you can make a huge positive impact.
