Cute Doggo Forms Unique and Rare Relationship With Dolphin, Wholesomeness Ensues When Flipper Meets Fluffer For a Game of Wave Tag (Video)

Dogs will be friends with just about anyone, which is part of what makes them the best animal ever. We have loads of listicles about doggos being friends with cute kitty cats, otters, and pigs. Now, we're about to add one more animal to this long list - dolphins! Since the beginning of animal memes, there has been one famous dog meme of a pupper and dolphin jumping out of the ocean together, combined with a funny caption like "When you can make friends with anyone" - well, today was the day that we finally saw this meme come to life.

The video starts with a doggo waiting at the edge of a pier, looking out into the water. All of a sudden, he dives in and starts swimming towards….something. After about a minute of swimming, a dolphin pops up and they start playing together! It's pretty wholesome, we have to admit. If anyone is curious, search dangerous dolphin behavior. The running joke is that marine biologists hate dolphins while the public thinks they're cute. There's a reason for this.
