Some girls keep the grind going on for their Sundays, others are too hungover to move. But then there are the elite. The thrift store girlies. Ahhhh, yes! My besties, come to me! We love a good thrift store Sunday. Heck, if we didn't have a job, we'd go every day! But then how could we afford to thrift?… Sigh. One cannot exist without the other. That's why a thrift day is so holy. It's a day you either get to spend with likeminded girlies and connected over treasure hunting. Or a chance to take yourself out on a date and spend the day going through racks and bins and shelves of pre-loved stuff that clearly defines who you are. 

 

Trinkets, tchotchkes, weird graphic tees, dresses with tulle, pants that need to be taken in like 10-inches on the waist, and more—my goodness, it's like an addiction! A much healthier one, maybe the healthiest. It's not drvgs, the haul is cheap, and you can't pull a muscle. That's why thrift store girlies are elite. Plus, you have to be stylish and, at least somewhat savvy in the art of tailoring, which makes you skilled! And, the thrift store is filled with all kinds of funny things, so you know you have to appreciate a good meme as a thrifter!
