It's so entitled for the family to come over for 2 weeks. How big is their place?! Where are four extra bodies sleeping? There are so many questions that I don't even know where to begin. It's never nice feeling like a stranger in your own home, I really feel for the protagonist.

Roommate’s family comes to stay unannounced in shared apartment for 2 weeks, homeowner feels taken advantage of: “I feel like a stranger in my own home”
Roommates: what can we say about them? Sometimes they save your life, they provide a comfortable home where you can easily socialize without getting out of your comfort zone. Your roommates can be your best friends, making your day-to-day all the better, as you can come home and debrief about your days, your feelings, and whatever's going on in your life. It's like a built–in friend at home with you. But when you're not friends, or you're not at the point where you want to walk into your own home and see other people, having a roommate can be like living in a nightmare.
When you're sick of roommates, or hate the one you have, it's impossible to feel comfortable in your own space. You dodge their every move, you avoid them in the hallway, and you take solace in your bedroom. This kind of situation affects everything about your life, and no one likes to feel uncomfortable in their own home.
In the story below, the protagonist complains about her roommate's family coming for two weeks straight. It's not just the parents either, it's four of her relatives!
