TikTok is a perfect place to get lost in rabbit hole hashtags for some of the world's cutest yes sometimes underrated animals. We've gotten lost in smol kitten Tok, explored the educationally cute world of opossum Tok, and hopped far into tiny frog Tok—now, we can't stop scrolling into the adorable world of otter Tok.

There are thirteen different types of otters. The U.S. is home to two types, the river otter and the sea otter. They can be anywhere from 45 to 90 pounds of fuzzy little water dog cuteness, but they could also kick your a** if they felt like it. These little babies have strong teeth and a hard bite and can survive in the extreme cold. Their so intense, that the CIA even tried to weaponize them back in the '70s (weird times). But, luckily, there are humans out there who take care of otters and bring us the cute content we need of them.

Now, TikTok has created an entire world of people obsessed with otters—viewers just can't get enough of them. They are the cute puppies of the water. They use tools, eat off their bellies, hold hands, and sometimes even love to cuddle. Plus, they are absolutely crazy about ice, which makes for some really great content. So, welcome to the world of #Ottertok—it will definitely help boost your serotonin.

Otter Kisses & Squeaks:

This man is so lucky. A cute little otter is squeaking while giving him little nose kisses? I'd die to experience this.

Baby Otter Squeaks:

It might be floating in the water, but it doesn't want you to leave it. Please stay and comfort the squeaking floating baby otter.

Moody Floof:

It's just resting floof face, the sweetie is being just as cute as ever. Maybe give it some space though, even the cutest of cute animals need some time to themselves.

Ice Day for the Otters:

Ice day is epic for every otter, apparently. Why are they so crazy about ice? Who knows (probably the experts know.) but they sure love it.

Obsessed with Ice:

Like, seriously love ice. They roll around in it, smack it on stuff, nibble on it—they just love the freakin' ice ok.

Like, Otters are Addicted to Ice:

Ok, I researched it. There's a reason otters love the ice. They like to rub it on their faces to cool their fur and the also like to snack on it. It's not only great entertainment, it also keeps them cool and hydrated in the summer heat.

Otter Tongue:

Otter has fallen asleep with it's tongue pressed against a plastic tube you can crawl in. I repeat, YOU CAN SEE THIS CUTIES LITTLE TONGUE WHILE HE'S SNOOZIN' AWAY. Too adorable.

Shucking Cute Otters:

Otters are also great at shucking oysters. They smack 'em around everywhere and then enjoy the tasty snack upon their bellies.

Baby Otter Wiggles:

Once you've seen a wiggling baby otter, there's just no going back. How can anyone ever survive such cuteness??

Joey the Baby:

The baby otter of many names can also be called any adjective that means cute.

Otter Cuddles:

Cuddling an otter must simply be blissful. They're cute little wiggly bodies and itty bitty claws all hugging you? Yes please.

Keeping Otters Warm:

Where can you sign up to work as a space heater for otters? Sounds like a dream job.

Squeaky Otter Family:

They entire family is just excited to have visitors. Squeaking for that ice, fish, and pets.

Otter Taps:

Otters tap rocks and other items onto things and now there's a compilation of it to satisfy the viewers of Otter Tok. This is what happens when you swim in the deep end of TikTok's cute otter content.
