Travel Blogger Gets Hilariously Pranked by Cruise Employees with Dozens of Towel Creatures

TikToker Tara Lynn is a travel blogger. What is that? An amazing career where you usually get paid to travel and then you blog about it. The influencer life, if you will. Not many people can swing a job like this, you usually have to come from money and already be influencing the travel world to start to make it a career, but this TikToker rocks it. One of her most recent excursions was on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship.

During her posts about her trip she says that being on a cruise, you start to kind of lose your mind. If you think about it, you're just trapped at sea for days at a time and, unless you're the captain, you have no idea where land-ho is. Lynn says she can feel herself going a little mad while on the cruise, but then starts to think about the employees. These people do this for way longer than the cruise ship guests, so they must really go a little nutso.

That thought was confirmed when Lynn went back to her room one day and she found dozens and dozens of creatures made out of towels.

“The people on this cruise ship, have lost their minds…”

She says she was out for a bit and came back to the crew saying to give them like 7 more minutes. It was a little strange, but she just thought they were cleaning her room, so whatever. When she came back though it was a sight to see. A towel dragon hung from the wall, a towel mouse was hiding under her bed, tons of different towel creatures were just staring at her. The crew giggling from outside her room, they turned her quarters into a mystical towel safari—a beautifully wholesome prank

Towel Creatures Still Hanging Days Later

What's even funnier about the situation, is that for the rest of the cruise, the posts Lynn made of her trip you can see the creatures still chilling in her room in the background. She did trending TikTok dance routines with them as her backup dancers, she talked about social anxiety with the creatures just staring at her and the camera—though she was confused about them at first, it seemed like she truly grew to love them in the end.
