Peck City, a harsh and rough landscape, full to the brim with a bounty of bird buddies of all kinds. From this melting pot comes a new class of criminals, who care less about monetary gain and more about the fear their crime instills, and more so, what it inspires. Luckily for the cute and colorful birds of Peck City, five members of the city's underbelly have flocked together to fight these villains.

These vigilantes, Perry of the Pelican family, Sammy the Seagull, Waddles the Penguin Boss, Mr. Quacks the Duck, and Antonio the Flamingo dancer, who joined together in order to face the terror that looms over the city, may not be the most upstanding of Peck City's, but with their combined strength, stealthy skills and incredible agility, there no doubt that these amazing aquatic avians will bring the hard fist of justice to these villains.
