Nawt! Last year you remembered mine and I had to write your birthday on a card and kept it ---> right there <--- so I kept seeing it for a year to remind ME to remember YOUR birthday.. I don't as a rule remember ANYONEs B/D except my immediate family.. Both my kids because I was THERE on the day they were born.. Grandkids? nope, even tho it's written in my phone book, I don't remember to look it up just to mark a calender..oh..good idea. Grandma is supposed to send a card with $5.00 in it, right?

Hi Fauxpaws! yeah,I've been to War Eagle,and Fayetteville,my parents and grandparents live in Eureka,I've watched it grow up from the little hick town that rolled up it's sidewalks at 5p.m.to what it is now,though sadly the recession has hit them hard.It was full of hippies in the 60's and now they are the town elders,which may help to explain why it's so funky.I come down sometimes its a 4 hour drive,love to get back soon,but have to wait and see if I can find a job.

I'm about an hour frum Port Huron Michigan, so in Ontario. Being by the lakes it gets gud and muggy hear tu, but I would gib my rite arm to be spendin time in the Bayou instead!!!!

Hi Fauxpaws, we do indeed have a house full of cats, and there are more on the way! They are all moggies, no posh breeding at all, and mostly the babies of a feral cat (that we call Ma) who has lived here longer than us, but won't let us touch her. The white cat, Gertie is deaf, the longhair black one is Stumpy, 'cos he has a short tail. His brother is Fluff Bucket, then there are Milly and Hugh, Greystoke and Cake... We all live happily in the middle of the countryside - absolute cat heaven!

Yep, Roxy is a FP dog. Her hat is her flying squirrel Frisbee. The Schnauzer & the Shih Tzu in her make for a interesting dog. We also have a orange cat McGee, gray cat KC and the black cat in my photos is Adder who lived to be 19 years old. Maine Coon cat and bestest cat ever. McGee is close 2nd and KC has boiled his brain from spending 1/4 inch away from the fireplace.

Yup!! The white and brown guy is Winston, a beabull (old english bully and beagle) and the black guy, Monte is a Jug (jack russell and pug) The big fat girl is Pippi the kitteh.

When I was growing up, my dad would always use the expression "like herding cats" and I loved the images it brought to mind. I love that there is now a video to depict such an awesome concept.

Hey, Faux! I believe I saw that you had an FP the other day. Did I say you could do that while I was out of town? Good for you! I can get ICHC on my iPhone, but it takes a long time to load all of these pic & ad filled pages & it's too hard to type in this little box to correspond much. (I'm on a hotel computer at the moment.) But I'm keeping an eye on all you guys. NYC has been great. I'm off to Europe 2morrow. Keep up the good LOLing in my absence.
