Mia Dio, a lifestyle model, travel blogger, and relationship coach on TikTok, just recently released a series of “Training Videos” on how to become a successful sugar baby, living lavishly and enjoying the lifestyle of the rich and famous. It all sounds pretty good honestly to be able to live a resort lifestyle, while avoiding work and simply being a beautiful trophy girlfriend.

She shares her knowledge in her STEM 101 classes, otherwise known as Sugarbaby Training Education of Money– STEM. Mia makes excellent points about self-worth and exuding confidence, showing us regular people that there are a couple main points in becoming a sugar baby to a wealthy suitor.

Rule #1: Stop being judgemental.

A fair point to say the least. For some, it’s an insurmountable moral issue to be able to live off of someone else’s wealth simply because you are a beautiful piece of arm candy. For others, or those who have followed rule number one and stopped being judgemental, that’s a simple start.

Rule #2: You need to understand that your presence is not a present, it’s a loan– WITH INTEREST.

Honestly, Mia absolutely crushes this one. If a person values their own time, it starts to make people around them value it as well, thus making that person more desirable or more exotic. This is not only excellent sugar baby advice, but great life advice and relationship advice in general.

Rule #3: Never change for a man who won’t even change his underwear.

Now, that is hopefully an obvious one for everyone, but it must be said.

Rule #4: Stop hyper-fixating on your imperfections and flaws.

Again, this is an excellent tidbit of life advice. She goes on to elaborate on how the men you are potentially dating as a sugar baby have more than enough flaws, often including the hairline that has been receding since the 6th grade.

The common thread in all of her STEM videos is that when attempting to date rich, it’s important to have self value and really believe that you are unaffordable. While many of us will never have the opportunity or the drive to become a sugar baby, this is simply amazing advice to follow in regular life.

So, in conclusion, being a sugar baby is quite simple. Expensive is a mindset, you just need to find someone who can afford you.
