Every now and again we need to take a break from the constant, persistent onslaught of fails and other facepalming moments from humanity, to instead dive on into a piece of content that someone shared from the heart. Twitter user @natehowe shared such a Twitter thread. He does a beautiful job at breaking down the exhausting process that can be confronting various hurdles in one's life, when you're weighed down by mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. It can be comforting to be reminded that one's not alone in their mental health struggles.
