This means that whenever a cat decides to ask a person for help… it is extra important that you do help them. And whenever a pregnant cat asks a person for help… we have to say thank you to the people who choose to help.

It's so important to help animals who ask for help. It's such a rare thing for them to cross that divide into humanity and ask for something. It cannot be something that is easy for them to do. So, even if you don't know what exactly they need from you, clearly, they need something, and they need it enough to take that step.
