"Well they're mostly community cats. The people in our building and our neighbors feed them and take care of them. They usually sleep in and around our neighbors house. They don't let him pet them either. They've been around since they were babies and from a litter of 6, these two stayed back here and the rest are nearby in the neighboring streets."
