It's where we decide what type of person we're trying to be that week. Am I shooting for the moon and only buying Swiss chard, bulgur wheat, and a bunch of celery stalks? Or am I giving over into the grosser instincts, filling my cart with frozen impossible nuggets and Ben and Jerry's? It's hard to find a balance between what you can and will eat and what you'd like to be eating. I also find it very hard to think ahead and anticipate what I might want a few days from now.
