AITA for telling my friend she's not entitled to a "plus one" at my wedding just because she's dating someone new every month?

She has absolutely no idea if she is going to be with this guy by the time our protagonist has her wedding. She's essentially asking for a free pass to bring anyone she happens to be dating at the time.

The bad-mouthing when she doesn't get what she wants it enough to justify the end of the friendship on our protagonist's part.

29-year-old serial dater insists on bringing her boyfriend of 2 weeks to BFF's wedding, bride refuses to allow plus-ones that aren't in long-term relationships: "Just because I haven't found 'the one,' I get punished"
Drawing up a wedding invite list can be a lot easier said than done. You know you want your closest friends and relatives there to celebrate and support you on your special day, but unless you plan to have a micro wedding, there is always going to be a healthy bit of padding. That's not to say you should invite people that you straight-up don't want present; you do need to draw the line somewhere. But a wedding is, at its core, a party, and the bride and groom are the hosts. As such, they must do whatever they can do make their guests comfortable – sometimes that means allowing them to bring plus-ones that you barely know.
In our story today, our protagonist is trying her best to work within her wedding budget; she simply doesn't have the money to feed too many people – especially strangers. As such, she is allowing her guests to bring plus-ones so long as they are in a long-term relationship. This seems reasonable enough, but one of her closest besties is expecting a special exception to the rule.
