TikTokers are Losing it Over a Woman "Ministering" a Wasp That's Holding on to Dear Life Outside of a Moving Car Window

Everyone needs encouragement sometimes—whether that's spiritually, emotionally, physically, etc.—even mean little bugs. Religious comedian Anna Douglas was recently driving down the road when she noticed a wasp on the outside of her car door window. Though she was rushing to the road, the little guy still held on. He was holding on so strongly to dear life, that she decided to “minister” his will to hold on. 

“Hold on for your promise! Hold on for your healing! HOOOOOOLD ON!” she yells in her iconic minister impression. Many TikTokers are dying of laughter from the bit, saying they're rooting for that little bug and they've “never related to a wasp until now.” It's a funny joke, but also, many people are hearing the minister impression and feeling seen. They're seeing themselves as the wasp hanging on. Life is the moving car, taking you places faster than you can keep up with. You're trying your hardest to hold on and keep up, but it's hard and sometimes you even lose grip. But the TikToker jokingly yelling at this bug to “HOOOOLD OOOON!” is helping people realize you've got support. Life might be hard, but if you just hold on you can make it. And if you have people cheering for you, you're going to feel a lot stronger holding on to the back of this car door window going through this thing we call life. All very deep for a joke, man… 

Many other viewers, however, are actually seeing this and feeling inspired. Though she posted it as a joke, the viral video is coming across viewers who are thanking her because they really needed to see and hear this kind of encouragement right now. 

The video has over a million views and gathers more and more comments everyday, with almost 8k so far. Though it's technically a religious joke, you don't have to be religious to find it funny. The little wasp's journey is dramatic and Douglas' hilarious minister voice narrating for the bug to hang on is cracking everybody up. In the beginning he's holding on to dear life with both his little buggy hands, then halfway through he slips up and is dangling only by one hand. It's a rollercoaster of emotions! 

The story ends without ever knowing if the bug made it through the ride. Though many of the viewers believe that he had so many people rooting for him, even God, that he must've.
