There is nothing scarier than your house catching fire, especially when you have pets trapped inside. It's not like you can communicate to your pets what to do in an emergency such as that, so they're trapped and also confused with no clue about what could possibly be going on. At that point you either have to risk your own life to save them or put your faith in the firefighters. Luckily, firemen are trained more than most government employees, so they are prepared and willing to run into a blazing home to save your beloved pets

TikToker Holly B. Murphy recently went viral for a story she shared about her pup. The video showed her sweet golden baby named Clark howling along to sirens in the background. The sirens were coming from a passing firetruck and the TikToker had to share whey he was howling. She suspects it's not just normal dog activity for this specific dog, because Clark has a special connection with firefighters.

Back when Clark was just a puppy and still in crate training, he was home with his pawrents as they were flipping the house. Unfortunately, an electrical fire broke out and the home went up in flames. Clark was trapped in his crate and in terrible danger. Luckily, the firefighters found him in time and were able to rescue him from his smokey prison along with his cat sister. He was just a puppy, but being rescue became a core memory and he is forever grateful to them. Now, whenever he hears a fire truck siren he has to stop a howl along with it, as if he's saying thank you.

Murphy says after the fire and rescue they returned to the station to thank the firemen and bring them baked goods. The firemen were happy to see their little furry buddy and that he was doing alright. Even recently, Murphy says she spoke with some of the firemen from that fateful night and they still very much remember that day rescuing Murphy and his feline sis.

Firefighters do this job without any expectations of a thank you. But Clark will forever be grateful and always howl when he hears his heroes on the move.
