We got to see a fair number of deer along the highway going to and from Stanford. Of course, that's nothing like seeing them at your home. On rare occasions I've seen solo coyotes roaming neighborhood streets at dawn. Got one final report from my biopsy this morning...all marrow cells are from the umbilical donor and no sign of mine...YAY!

Some dry weather would certainly make it easier to roam around the ranch. We're supposed to hit 87 here today. Usually that would drive me nuts but I'm perpetually cold these days.

Tell Cats thanks. I'm looking forward to resuming our conversations about more mundane topics. I just need to work on rebuilding my strength. It's amazing how much weight I've lost and the damage to my muscle tone. Hard to imagine me with appetite issues.

Ah it’s hard going! The diabetic nurse said a bit of chocolate was ok but I think I stretch the bit gah! Bs running high cos of sinus infection atm . I need t be moe like chuck and behave! It’s getting out of bad habits of comfort eating. If I make th effort it’s worth it and on the plus side about four stone lighter pml
