Karma Wins When Stranger Who Dumped Garbage on Private Property Gets Identified Through Mail Found in the Trash

TikToker Virginia Phillips, aka @vphillips1, has started an account simply to share her story of how karma prevailed in her neighborhood.

In an unknown Canadian town a couple decided to take piles and piles of their trash and toss it on the side of the road. Little did they know that the side of the road they chose to use as their random dumping ground was private property. When the owners of this land discovered the mountains of trash, they started to do a little exploring. After some time of investigating, they found what they needed that had been thrown out—mail. The discarded mail had the perpetrators' names and address. The landowners knew exactly what to do next.

The landowner decided to scoop up all that trash into his truck with a dump bed and return it to its rightful owners. Before doing so, the content creator was sent to go speak with them, since it turned out the garbage dumpers lived in her own neighborhood. In the video she says she was there to speak to them and tell them what is about to go down. The couple initially tried to deny it, but the evidence was all there.

In the videos, the perpetrators didn't even attempt to stop them from dumping the trash back onto their property. It wasn't just a few bags of trash either, it was a mountain of garbage—as if they have missed trash day for an entire year. Many commenters are stoked on the amount of karma levels earned here, and Phillips even says the community was so grateful to her too.

“I’ve received a few messages from their neighbours thanking me," Phillips says in a comment. “These people aren’t the most upstanding citizens so this behaviour wasn’t a surprise.”

Phillips shows that the trash got promptly picked up from the garbage dumpers, but commenters are quick to ask where it might've ended up this time. But, with the amount of karma that hit these people so hard in the face, you'd think they'd dropped it off in a legit dump. If not, hopefully it'll find its way back onto their property.
