Kindergarten Teacher Assigns Students to Draw Pictures of Her Cat Maple: The Most Adorable Artwork is Born

Cat and toddler content? What could possibly be cuter? Maybe the toddlers trying to draw the cutie kitty!

TikToker Danielle Sanborn is a kindergarten teacher and a cat mama. Her kitty named Maple is a cute fuzzy little calico cat that she obvious simply adores. With summer vacation in sight right around the corner for students, teachers are coming up with all kinds of end of the year assignments. Ms. Sanborn decided to combine her love of her students artistic abilities and the cutie patootiness of her kitty Maple. The assignment was simple for these 4 to 5 year-olds—draw a picture of Ms. Sanborn's kitty, Maple. 

The teacher shared precious pictures of her furry little sweetie and the kids got drawing away. Last year, for the holidays she had her students draw pictures of the Grinch and some of them turned out to be nightmare material… So she had high expectations of what these drawings were going to turn out as. But, to give the kids some credit, the Grinch is already a kind of creepy looking character, whereas Maple is an adorable looking floofy cat, so I think the favor is in their court this time. 

Honestly, yes, some are a little questionable, but again, these are 4 and 5-year-olds we're talking about here. No matter how inaccurate the drawing was, they all managed to capture the cuteness of Maple. Is it because Maple is already adorable or is it because little kid drawings already give off a certain cuteness?

Sufficed to say, these toddlers aren't quite drawing at da Vinci level yet, but I bet Picasso would've loved them! Now, Maple the cat has be forever memorialized within this bunch of artistic drawings from these sweet kindergarteners. What Ms. Sanborn should do next is make a video of her showing Maple these masterpieces. Maybe Maple will absolutely love them all. She is a cat, she might see them in a totally different light than us humans with our dilated ideas of art and creativity. 

Viewers are suffering from cuteness rage seeing the results of this adorable Kindergarten assignment and are jealous that Ms. Sanborn now has all these free custom drawings of her kitty. They're wondering if they can send in photos of their own cats and have her students draw some pictures for them.
