Dog Rescue Finds Stray Mama with 9 Puppies: Local Male Dog was Invested in the Situation, Now, DNA-Testing Says He's the Father

Keeping Finn Rescue is a non-profit run by a dog dad and his pup. They travel around in a van and once a year dedicate their time and efforts into helping a local shelter out, raising money for them, and helping get their dogs adopted. Recently, the posted about a mama dog the rescued while in Mexico. 

The mom dog was found with nine puppies in a dugout hole in very hot weather. While they were rescuing her and the puppies out of the hole, a local male dog was very invested in the situation. He kept checking in on the puppies and mama dog and seemed like he wanted to help the rescuers. They posted about it on their TikTok and viewers were invested in this question: Was this local dog actually the father to these nine puppies? It really turned into an audience at a Maury show.

Every viewer simply had to know, was this the father? So they decided to get DNA testing. With the permission of the dog's owner, the sent out a DNA test. While they waited for the results, they paid for the dog to get fixed so he wouldn't have to go back on another episode of Maury.

Finally, the test results came in—he IS the father! It's simply adorable to see this dog so invested in being the dad. The mama dog was kept in the shelter and cared for and is up for adoption. The will all go to foster care until they too find a forever home. The little family is adorable and now that they know who the father truly is, should he puppy support? Will the pawrents get back together?? We'll just have to check back in next week on another episode of Maury dog addition. Can you imagine if that was a real show? I'd definitely watch that more than the actual Maury and I think the almost 7 million viewers would agree.
