Have work environments always mostly been toxic and we're just realizing it, or is this a new thing? Millennials are all too familiar with taking too much sh*t from their employers. Actually, millennials and Gen-Z might just be the first to acknowledge it, because there have been toxic workplaces and managers since the damned invention of capitalism. Well, TikTok is starting to rally the working class and telling them to stop taking sh*t. I mean, some of these stories below are absolutely f*cked up. One girl was asked to ignore a murder or else she would be fired and maybe even sued! Like, wtffffff.

Lunch Breaks Frowned Upon (Original Video)

This girl quickly saw the red flag from her manager when she asked one of her senior coworkers if they'd like to take lunch with her and he said no because he didn't want to be seen taking a lunch.

Asked to Stop Doing Her Job So Well

This waitress was literally forced to take a class on how to catch fake IDs because in the state she was in waitresses could be charged. She got so good at catching fake IDs that people were getting banned. So the boss asked her to chill, even though she would be the one to get in trouble with the law.

Left in the Truck

This woman worked as a maid for a company. The manager was so toxic that when she wasn't happy with her work, she made her sit and wait for her in the truck. Like a child. She straight up left and took a bus. How could any manager think it's ok to do that??

This manager was 38 and sleeping with a couple of the 19 year olds that worked for her. She would get in straight up screaming matches with employees thinking they were flirting with “her man” and one time she even cut the brake lines to another employee's car… Psycho status.

It was a difficult year for this company, so they had to layoff some employees. They were good employees, but they just couldn't afford them nonetheless. Turns out that the CEO took the salary of one of the fired employees and used it as a bonus, for himself…

Job Covered Up a Murder

This woman was working at an assistant living company. One of the couples she worked with was a senile old man with one arm and a wheelchair-bound old woman. One night the old man came to the nurses and said, “there was a man in my room, but don't worry, I got him.” When the nurses checked, the old man had taken the woman and threw her out the window… The company told all their employees they were not allowed to ever speak of the incident, if they did thy would be fired and possibly sued.

Woman's Daughter Died in Her Arms, Starbucks Forced Her to Come into Work 

This woman's daughter was 2 at the time and they were playing at the playground. All of a sudden, her daughter had a medical emergency and actually died for a little bit in her mom's arms. The girl was brought back to life with CPR performed by a stranger. As she was with her daughter in the hospital, she called Starbucks to tell them she can't come in to her shift the following day. They said she better come or find someone to cover her. 

Worked at Juvi, had More Trouble with Coworkers

Sure, she was working with some trouble teens, but it wasn't the kids giving her problems it was the staff and management.
